Topic: Pregnancy and Diabetes-

Studies show that if you are a woman, you are more likely to develop diabetes if you ever had gestational diabetes when pregnant.

If you have been pregnant in the past, did you develop gestational diabetes during that time?

Did you talk to your doctor about that being a risk factor? If so, did he or she offer any advice?

What are some of the ways you changed your lifestyle to minimize the risk?
