Topic: The positive side of high fuel prices-
tinap1, Sep 6 2008 11:42 am99 words

One good thing that seems to have come from the surging gas prices is that everywhere I turn; I see more and more people on their bikes and walking on the sidewalks in my community. This is a great opportunity for those of us living in "walkable" or "bikeable" neighborhoods to add more exercise into our day.

Have you recently dusted off an old bike or purchased a new one to use for commuting? Have you lost weight as a result?

How do you incorporate walking or riding a bike to go on errands into your weight loss/exercise routine?
