Topic: What Affects Your Levels?-
ShelleyN, Sep 4 2008 10:16 pm68 words

Many factors can influence your blood sugar levels, from diet to exercise to stress and illness.

Have you noticed which things affect your sugar levels the most?

Do you keep any kind of diary or written record of your blood sugar levels and other environmental factors in order to find these triggers?

How do you deal with something that you know will trigger your blood sugar to rise?
