Not only is posture important in helping you stand taller and feel more confident, it also plays a big role in enabling us to work out more safely and effectively. It also doesn't hurt that having good posture can instantly make you look slimmer.

Are you aware of your posture? If so, so you have tips to share to help others maintain good posture throughout the day?

Have you noticed that losing weight affected your posture in a positive way?

I've noticed lately that it's easy for my shoulders to roll forward when I'm standing. I remember my mom telling me to "stand up tall!" and I try to follow her advice. It really does make a difference in how I look and feel!
