Topic: Using a personal trainer-
tinap1, Sep 1 2008 9:02 am75 words

Some of us use the expertise of a dietitian to help us begin and maintain healthy eating habits and address any nutrition questions that arise. Along that same vein, do any of you use a personal trainer to help guide your weight loss and exercise program? If so, how has it worked for you? Would you recommend that others living with diabetes use a personal trainer if it is within their budget to do so?
