Topic: Productive stress?-
tinap1, Aug 21 2008 7:20 am79 words

Stress can be a productive thing if we work on changing how we respond to it and channel it into positive energy. For example, an unexpected deadline at work could change from being anxiety-provoking to an opportunity to enlist the help of colleagues and learn new things about the job or the work.

Do you have a special way to reframe how you view stress?

Do you have any tips on how to change bad stress to good stress?

This is a really interesting way of looking at stress, as either good or bad. I'm not sure that I've ever actually been able to reframe bad stress into something positive. I'd love to hear from someone who's accomplished this!
