Support of family and friends is very important to attaining your weight loss goals. When you feel down, some inspiration from others can renew your goals and get you back on track.

Do you have a good support system in place with family and friends for your weight loss?

Do you think online groups are helpful sources of support? Why or why not?

When you get discouraged, who do you usually go to first for support?
