Topic: Pre-Diabetes-
ShelleyN, Aug 19 2008 11:31 pm102 words

Pre-diabetes is a condition where your blood sugar is higher than it should be, but not quite to abnormal levels. Studies show that most people who are diagnosed with pre-diabetes will develop full diabetes within ten years.

Were you initially diagnosed with pre-diabetes?

If you did have this condition, how long was it before you were diagnosed with full diabetes (if you were)?

Did having a warning help you to change some of your lifestyle choices ahead of time? Why or why not?

If you never were diagnosed with pre-diabetes, do you think that a warning like that would have helped you?
