Topic: Higher Numbers in the Morning-
ShelleyN, Aug 11 2008 2:34 pm93 words

Many people with diabetes test their blood sugar levels at different times throughout the day. A very common time to test is first thing in the morning. Because of a hormonal surge that many people experience around 4am, the level in the morning can be higher than at other times.

Do you experience a higher number first thing in the morning?

Have you found anything that helps to make it lower like altering your eating times at night?

Have you found any other tips to help lower that morning blood sugar level effectively?
