We can measure our weight, our blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and even waist measurement. But how do we measure progress with exercise and activity? Do you pay attention to how hard you're working during exercise? Set the treadmill or elliptical trainer at a higher intensity? Bike or walk further? Let us know your favorite ways to measure your exercise progress.
