Topic: Looking for abs in all the right places-

Whittling down our abdomen is tops on almost everyone's goal. A combination of aerobic exercise like walking or biking, plus strength training and doing some abdominal exercises like crunches is typically the best way to decrease our waist measurement. How do you fit all of these components into your weekly or daily exercise routines?
