Topic: Mood and Motivation-
ShelleyN, Jul 24 2008 10:33 pm68 words

For some people, mood and frame of mind affect many things including their motivation levels for losing weight.

Do you find it easier to follow your diet and exercise plan when you are in a good or upbeat mood?

Does the time of day influence your motivations and mood?

When you feel yourself losing your motivation, is there anything you do to help yourself get back on track?
