Topic: power of positive thinking-
LynnGr, Jul 24 2008 4:31 pm95 words

Most of us respond better to positive, rather than negative reinforcement. Instead of pinning a picture of ourselves at our highest weight on the refrigerator, a positive step is to focus on feeling healthy and strong. A negative outlook, such as saying we're too fat to put on a bathing suit and swim for exercise, can be turned around into something positive by telling ourselves swimming will help us reach our weight goals. Do you find yourself thinking more positive than negative thoughts? What type of positive thinking helps you reinforce your weight loss goals?
