Grilling season is here, although I'm one of those people who likes to grill year-round. I'm sure we've all heard about the grilling/cancer connection due to putting food (mostly meats) in contact with intense heat and flame. However, by choosing foods that are low in fat and high in nutrients, and doing things like marinating meats with olive oil or citrus juices to reduce the risk of cancer causing substances, grilling can be a healthy and fun way to eat.
Do you have any other healthy grilling tips to share?
