We all have weight goals, right? Do you have an exercise goal? Maybe it's working your way up to 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, or walking further on your daily walk, or perhaps even signing up for a local 5K charity race. Setting a specific exercise goal encourages us to work toward that goal. Tell us about past exercise goals and how you met them, as well as letting us know about your current exercise goal so we can cheer you on.

My goals right now are not extremely specific. During the summer, I find it hard to stick to a regimen when the schedule is constantly changing. So, my goal is to get at least 30 minutes of some kind of exercise in every day. I'm a great one for getting busy and deciding to forgo the workouts, so this way I really can't do that. It pushes me to do something each day.

That's a really flexible approach to a busy time of year. It sounds like it's working for you!
