My lifestyle has been changed for me in the last two weeks. I was just getting into the routine of taking my medication as prescribed, but now I am back to square one. I have been working third shift for some time, but now my schedule has a new twist in it! Specifically, I am now working 10 PM to 10 AM on Saturdays and Sundays, midnight to 8 AM on Mondays and Tuesday and then I have the rest of the week off.
I go to sleep right away when I get home in the morning Saturday thru Tuesday and sleep through the day, but I only take a nap on Tuesady so that I sleep at night Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. this allows me to live a normal life on my days off, but totally screws up my medication routine.
Is there anyone else out there that lives like this? How do you manage your meds? Also, do you eat breakfast? If you do, is breakfast when you get home in the morning or when you wake up in the afternoon and then skip supper?
I am really confused about my topsy turvy life and could really use some help. Thanks.
