Topic: Sick days and diabetes-
tinap1, Jun 9 2008 8:37 am89 words

As we know, a cold, flu or other nasty virus can throw someone living with diabetes completely off course, even though you work hard each day to make sure you're taking care of yourself. It can be extremely helpful to plan for these days in advance, especially if you're in the workforce, going to school or carting a car full of kids around each day.

Do you have a "sick day plan" to share?

How do you make sure to control your blood glucose levels when you are sick?
